Discussed separating Foundation board and Outreach Board.
Discussed details about fundraising and outreach. Greg explained the fund spending on each and how it all works
Discussed the 145 year dinner in the fall
Focusing in the community
Working more service projects- Youth group and Outreach Ministry
Come up with projects and budget
It was decided to keep helping the Foundation and come together as one. The foundation provides a lot of amenities for the school and congregation members.
Keep the church picnic with Oktoberfest.
Make a committee to help with Oktoberfest and our group to move forward.
