Blue Bags- Updated and cleaned out
Screens- Dylan found them on the computer. We need to run them more often
Youth Group- Cathy reached out to two couples in the congregation
5-8 grade 1st couple denied
2nd couple- considering the offer
Revised youth group job description- Leslie & Cathy

Easter Egg Hunt- HS will do egg hunt
Heather will do 2 baskets for windemere
Youth Group
3 male Chaperones
Jeff has 2 U-haul trailers
Heather will make sure everyone has the safe school forms in and completed.
Going to transport in cars- trying not to rent vans
Leslie -Thrivent Grant approved
Heather - April 6 to provide supervision and pizza until they leave at 2pm. Letter will go home, march 21 return forms so Heather can get a count for pizzas.
Sunday School- No SS on Easter Sunday or April 15th Going Beyond Celebration Brunch
Opening with music is going well with Amy Eaves
Leslie and Cathy will have a treasure chest available for attendance and birthdays
Marcus Laut is considering teaching H. School Sunday School class in the fall.

Heather moved to separate Sr Youth group 9-12 and Jr youth group 5-8
VBS- 7-15 thru 7-19 7-19 Swim party at civic center $750.00

Tammy D. moved to $100-$200 for gas out of Youth fund. $ 30.00 per car
We will order T- shirts and Arch way books.
2 People will write Thrivent Grands for these two items
We went over VBS budget.
July 13- Bd Christian Outreach BBQ will pre- register for VBS then.
May 7- Eileen will start a summer bible study
