Special Meeting Minutes- Studies

  • The High School Student Council Will provide a light supper each evening before VBS. The suggested donation is $4 per meal. The times will be 4:45 to 5:20 each evening.

  • Heather will make the sign for the classes in the gym. She will also put in the prophet facebook, PIE ect.....about the dinner .

  • A review of the VBS helpers, teachers, crafts, and snacks was discussed. Background checks and medications were also reviewed.

  • Operational Handbook is being updated, for job description and responsibilities for the Youth Leader. Elders will be given as soon as it is complete.

  • Cathy made motion to give a small stipend to the youth director in the amount of 3600.00 per year. This shall be paid $300 per month directly to the Youth Leader. The balance of the $6400 to be reserved for the service projects and actives per discretion of the Board of Christian Studies. Budget is 10,000 for the 2017-18
