Old Business:

• Sunday School- Mr Degoot would like to set down as the pre-school teacher he will help out in the older children .
  The board will be looking to replace Mr. Degroot. Concerns of kids moving up will be addressed.
  Mrs. Sutherland will continue to teach part time.
  Concerns about coordination the grades and lessons.
  Mrs. Weakley has asked to step down from providing food for the Sunday School kids.
  Her last time will be may 22,2016. Mr. best is working toward getting the backpack program started.

• VBS- July 31-Aug 4 " Barnyard roundup"
  need to send info with the Back to School info sent in July
  Registration will be online Beginning first week of June
  Volunteers need to let the office know by 6/15
  teachers by 6/1
  All workers must fill out a back ground check.
  Letters will be sent home last week of school
  Meeting the first week of June to discuss VBS further

• Heather Kurtz - Talked to Gene Wissman at Windermere and would like to attend the Leaders Conference- National Rual Conference
  6- breakout sessions
  Heather would like to go Nov. 2016 Wichita Ks.
