Old Business:
Roof in progress and church buildings. Playground systems are in need of some repair. Kendra Gibson has discussed options for new systems.
Various lights have been repaired and replaced including lights in the gym
New Business:
Shingle roof has been completed on the school building, old parsonage and “white house”. Seamless metal roof portion of the school needs additional bids due to cost. The new addition of church building that is under shingle has been completed. Inclement weather has prohibited the roofing company starting on the church over the sanctuary and steeple. Discussion regarding having the wood on the bell tower painted while the roofers have a lift available
John Thomas is going to power wash some portions of the school that face north that have mold or dirt. Discussion to power wash some areas of the church that also need attention. Preschool play ground needs power washed.
Todd states we have ordered some replacement parts for both play ground systems from Kendra Gibson. Todd and Jason will get a work day scheduled possibly in September to get numerous maintenance items checked off.
