• VBS- Jamie will email registration
  13 kids are enrolled
  Heather Garner to manage FB page
  Corrected age to 6th grade
  Working on filling the Pre-school teachers
  Jamie Lipe agreed to be pre-school assistance
  Heather Kurtz will ask a couple students to help out
  Cathy went over the staff so far

New Business:

• June Pre-Registration
  sit at tables and get donations
  Set-up donation table with cash jar
  Talked about food set-up

• VBS video- We would like to have a video made about VBS- Jamie will put it together with songs
  VBS Adult Bible Study- May be led by Tim Kollmeyer during VBS 6-7:30 approx

• Sunday School- Mark reported everything is going well

• Youth Group
  High School Leader- Greg & Sally Shinn have consented and will begin in the fall when school startes

• Background checks- we need to renew each person each year

• White House- will be available for the youth group to use

• Board job description- Leslie & Cathy will draw up a draft to present to the board

• Camp windemere : Ceth Jordon , Kari Honerkamp, Sara Folk expressed interest in going next year. Aprox 32 students & 6 adults attended this year.

  Nathan Davis returned 35.00 to the youth group budget

• Believing God began on Monday May 14th at St Paul High School at 6:30
