  • Organizational Reports
    Triple C - Luncheon on Dec. 15th for Staff School Board doing a continental breakfast Dec. 11th & snacks for Dec. 13th Wrapping Paper Fundraiser due this week

  • Athletics - Soccer for next year we will need to review policy about students playing on St. Paul and a competitive team.
    Basketball - We have 5 teams.

    School Operating Budget - On track
    Auction Funds - On track
    Cafeteria Report - On track

  • Delinquent Families - 6 of the 7 families have contacted for arrangements, 1 family has been submitted to our attorney.

  • Principal’s Report- Enrollment - 284
    Giants Care - Committee of teacher are heading up the program to reach out to families in crisis.

    Feast is on Friday
    Drama Class presented Pinocchio on Nov. 12th - great job!
    Curriculum Mapping - Due Friday, Dec. 1 most teachers have completed and turned into Mr. Murray
    Window security film - company is out of stock, he is having trouble finding any from his vendors.

  • Security Cameras - New camera system has been installed, one existing camera isn’t working. We have ordered a replacement. Mr. Murray is also having Robert’s Alarm test our fire suppressant system with alarms and fire doors.

New Business:

  • Web page - Jenny Schweiss, Director of Foundation, has been soliciting bids for a new website for school. The quotes are more expensive than Mr. Murray anticipated. After consulting with Mr. Chad Pipkin, Mr. Murray, Mr. Greg Shinn, Jenny has proposed to use Moss Media. Ms. Bobbi Karraker made a motion to use the budgeted $2,000 from the Marketing line item, as planned, and $2,000 from cafeteria to cover half the cost of the website. Mr. Kenny Allen seconded the motion. Motion Carried.
