New Business:

• Youth Group- 5 in attendance. pastor bar-b-qued.. A tweet will be set up for the future.
  Meeting will be held on the 2nd and the 4th Sunday of each month.
  Communication will go out in the pilgrim and the prophet. Looking for new name instead of youth group

• VBS- budget 1252.49 Mission money was spent

  410.67 books& iron on Grocery, gift cards, cash and lunch money

  90.90 RIver view chapter donation
  Triple C will pay for the background checks for VBS volunteers. Will take to the Council for approval.

• Prayer Mail-ins- Heaven is mailing them soon to selected list.

• Church Picnic- 3-4pm in costume, meeting in gym at 3pm, go out at 3:15
  Make treat bags for participants
  Children to go to each character to get one.
