• august - ice cram social after 445 service- Darlene would like us to host also 6pm attendees can participate

• Heather Kurtz ask for desserts for her BBQ dinner June 18th during the yard sale- individual serving

• Darlene would like to display weeding pictures in church during June- will request permission from church council
  would like to start June 11&12 then the rest of the month

• Budget- we would like to host an appetizer gathering for the capital campaign if it goes forward this would fall under our description.

• Holiday food baskets donation

• All Saints day Memorial Service for deceased members and family members- we will host and provided food for this
