  • Need to make copyof all activities of church in calendar and share with committee members

  • Hand book revision turned in

  • VBS 7-23 thru 7-27

  • Next Board meeting 8/15

  • Nov. 5th All Saints Memorial Service

New Business:

  • Election of Officers

  • Each committee member ask 2 others to make two desserts for Oktoberfest Sept. 16

  • Meeting with Pastor on Aug 13 around 11:30 or noon at Leslie's home to set goals on what our committee is working on

  • Discussion starting country store in 2018 Oct. 6, 13, 20, or 27 suggested to get on church calendar as soon as can and to check om community events that would interfere with certain dates. Also discussed way to get more home made crafts and decoration there.

  • Discussed helping at 30th LWML, 125th Ladies Aid Celebration
