  • Discussed January actual Inc/ Exp being $ 23,500 shy of the budget. Weather was a large contributing factor to Inc being $17,500 shy. 2nd year for the Concordia plan contributions $4,000.00 over budget, utilities $3,000 over.
    Discussed promoting "Bill Pay" to internal revenue present to council for approval

  • Borrowed $30,000 Special Gifts loans in January to carry, taken out of special gifts for general account.

  • Greg Stover is going to talk to Jon Cozean to see if the sign project is done. Regarding the "Merriman Sign SW corner lot"
