Sunday School- Still needs a superintendent seeking one
Eileen will ask Pastor about joining together before S.S for opening and breakfast. Concern for teacher that give late notice if unavailable to teach.Budget(April 15= 282.50 spent 384.00)
Youth Group- Will send note about the June meeting.
Gather info for the H.School Gathering register by June 20.
Heather will organize for this event. ( Springfield)
Heather need the registration fee of 160.00 covered or she can't go. 6/27-29 SMSU
New Business:
VBS- Heaven will order materials 868.00 has been spent
buying T-shirts will be next @ 300.00
Sending out the CD's- postage

Mission project , food end still needs to be worked out.
