30.00 was disbursed for paper product for the memorial services 4/20/14
25.00 disbursed for chicken for the memorial service. 4/20/14
New Business:
Discussed to offer to prepare food for the August Voters meeting - hot meal and have members to bring dessert we will offer.
Bereavement dinner left over food discussed as to sharing with congregation member.
Need to get names of members who would accept this food.
