• S. School- Heather gave Kim cocoa Kim had the other supplies Ready to assemble Heather will check with Kim to assemble
  S.S program is going well ! practice Sat morn Dec-18.
  Heather will get gift card from script for pizzas. We will need 60.00 for pizzas.
  Eileen will get 2 flats of water. Heather will let Mrs. Fink know food is taken care of.
  S. School pin program- Cathy is retyping the requirements

• Youth Group- Lock - in was cancelled Dec. 14 Meeting was cancelled. Leaders will meet to revise schedule

New Business:

• VBS- No report
  Board will compose a letter to get a core group to head and organize VBS this year. Leslie Jones will compose this letter for meeting. Jan. 20 Bring Envelopes and around 25 copies.
