Suggestion of asking JoAnne Henderson to chair committee tracking the organ fund and maintaining chart of donations.
Suggestion of asking Mrs. Lori Flenner to head committee for the Bible Study for the congregations women-during daytime.
Discussed s to how our committee can aid spiritual needs in our congregation. Betty Cook assisted Ceth Jordan with 15 Communion calls to shut ins.
Birthday card sent - discussed as to send card to shut-ins and home bound.
Elders Helper- Darlene McWilliams for Richard detringis calling KR- Me for dates of Lenten services.
Easter Saturday, April 19th Easter Bake sale ( in co-operation with men's club pancake breakfast if they are cooking ) Will school have an Easter Egg hunt?

To reorganize calling list for prayer request for the members not receiving P.I.E.'s
Discussed: we fill this is a spiritual and temporal need that we can fill- and would like to revise .
