Old Business:

  • Care Process Update: Mentor process proceeding. Hopefully will be Pastor Kirk.

  • Vision Team: Tyson presented a power point at meetings last week. Distributed a start on actual values and inspirational values put together by team.

  • Church Picnic: September 28th – 10:00 a.m. service outside. Christian Outreach: snow cones, face painting, possible Bible characters, hair wraps/braids. Triple C: train, 3 legged race, games for the little guys. Picnic committee is Board of Christian Life

New Business:

  • Core Values discussed and a hand out was given.

  • Property Insurance: Greg presented information on the property insurance. Discussed employee crime, deductible and vehicle coverage. It was suggested to increase deductible to $5,000, no increase in the employee crime and drop comprehensive and collision on the van.
