Pastor Rick said it would be great idea to wait until after Easter.Visitors- Velma Talked w/ Jamie and she will copy info on Sunday and call/mail communication with in 48 hrs.
Oktoberfest- We need to contact Greg Shinn to find out more infomation. It will probably be in September.
Pastor rick and Mr. G will decided on a date.Janet and Velma looked over the Board of Outreach section of the constitution and By-laws, duties section page 31. We made revisions.
We checked w/Jerry about operations guidelines.Janet would like to have a movie night after 445 service and show "War Room"
she will check on dates after Easter.we will have popcorn, lemonade and water. Attendees will be able to bring their bean bag chairs. Maybe have a separate movie for kids in the commons.
