Pastor King on the @2nd & 4th Wednesday will meet with Pastor Kirk(mentor) working through the Care Process, which included working on visits
Working on policy Manual. We are going to be a smoke free campus. Helps stream line ,gives clear line of accountability & get everything down in writing. also church office hours during school 7:30-4:30 & Summer 8:00-3:00
New Business:
Special guest Tonya Thomas talking about church picnic moving it to Sat. to try to get People to stay.
Have more activities for all ages.
Sat.is a better chance for people to stay as opposed to Sunday.
