• Numbers fluctuation in the Sunday School, still no superintendent, meeting in the gym due to the time issue of Lutheranism 101.

• Youth group- 33 went to the gathering, worked hard on the service project.
  Info for the high school only June 27-29 SMSU Springfield. Heather Kurtz will put a form in the office.

• Will do Easter egg hunt & pancakes will be served by the youth.
  want to have a parent meeting in the next few weeks.
  will make amendment to cover leaders expenses at retreat after budget is approved.

• VBS_ Heaven wasn't here. the cost of the material and t-shirts.
  T-shirts 160 at 2.00 each.

New Business:

• need to fill in as many dates as we can for the Board of Christian Study events.

• Mr. Sherrill has not begun his study yet .

• Heaven asked for 20oz bottles with lids - needs 150 for vbs
