  • Parent Letter
    1. Board will read and revisit at May meeting
    2.Mr. G will respond 3.At congregational meeting, several Elders made very clear that member students will be taken care of financially
    a)Pastor Rick will extend this responsibility to the Elders II

  • FACTS Tuition Assistance
    1. 17 member families and 16 community families that have applied
    a)Some families did not qualify
    (1) Congregation requirement - $19,000
    (2) Community - $42,000 (dependent upon Craig Thomas scholarship at auction)

New Business:

  • A.Triple C
    1. New Officers: Allie Sprung, Jenny Schweiss, Melissa Mathis, Lori Cox
    2.Working on new budget
    3.Triple C has approved 20 refurbished Chromebooks
    4.Spent $6,000 in Scholastic dollars in SmartBoards (Kindergarten and Second Grade)
    5.$5,000 leftover for 2016-2017 school year
    6.Triple C needs to know the yearly cost of the AR program
