New Business:
Nov. 5th is all Saints day memorial service. Covered all members and family who have passed. Service will be during church. We will provide appitizers after church service
Discussed major activites we do and what we can do to promote services to help members from birth until he end of our lefe on earth.
Discussed taking on a new church directory- making a sub committee. We are going to ask Sandra Inman to chair. Possible photographers if we do ourselves- Sarah Folk, John Thomas, Donna Kepto. We need todetremine if it is cost effective to do it ourselves or get the company.
We discussed getting current email, addresses, and phone numbers so we can communicate better and no lnd line. We will ask Jamie church secretary to put in announcement and bulletin to contact her or update in church attendance book at church.
discussed the valentine celebration we have every year for wedding anniversary 50yrs or more. we need to make sure update this year
Pastor joined our meeting and we discussed help getting people involved in the life of church. we need to match up members gifts with serving the church.
We as member should live out of faith, how we walk, and manage our spiritual life.
