• Triple C- Kim Allen, Tanya Thomas- fall activities fundraiser, open house attended.
  lots of volunteers signed up already -Should we do background checks on volunteer coaches?
  Mrs Flenner- back to triple C- policy will be checked/modified.

• Athletics- Mark, John,- Job description is being typed
  Printed schedules of gym discussed for fall practice

• School accounting - reviewed

• Home schooling- making contacts and getting involved with St. Paul

• Snack Machine- moved to next month.

  Needs 3-4 new members
