  • Teacher Handbook   
    We discussed social media posts and photos while on field trips. This will  be emphasized in field trip correspondence  
    ● Attendance Policy/Student Handbook Update (with Admission) 
    Absence policy ­ Mr. Murray has discussed excused, unexcused, and  excessive absences with a local police officer 

  • ● Crisis Manual 
     to accept the Crisis Manual   

  • ● School Security & Safety 
    Panic Buttons  ■ Roberts Alarm will check our system and will install two panic  buttons ($40­$50/button) 
    ■ Additional camera with microphone required for entry door  system 

  • Darkside Bid   ■ $2760  ● Cafeteria windows, front vestibule windows, office windows,  playground entry door, preschool entry and ADD computer  entry door  ● Willing to complete this in phases 
    Little Giants  ■ Add moving surveillance system from Kindergarten to LG room to  bid form Roberts 

  • Marketing Committee  - Positive interest

  • Triple C- Gift Certificates to teachers to purchase supplies for their classroom

    Auction funds-
    Cafeteria Report- for one of the bake sale that the cafeteria ladies will use the funds to purchase equipment.

  • Delinquent Familes- Mr. Murray is still working with families with delinquent accounts

    enrollment for the 2016-17 year
    6th grade has lost 3-4 students
    235 enrolled K-8

  • Accreditation for 2016-17
    Board of Ed will work on "PURPOSE" next month

  • ALICE Training ­ Aug. 16, 16 8:00AM­12:00PM 
     
    ● Dress Code Consequences for Chapel  ○ Khaki “style” bottoms and collared shirt  ○ Share gentle reminders with persistent violators   ○ Revisit “khaki/polo” uniform in the Spring 
     
    ● Chromebook Insurance (Jr. High)  ○ Will be addressed before school begins by Mr. Murray
