January Minutes 2015- Education

Old Business:

  • Organizational Reports-Triple C-positive feedback from parents regarding changes to the food program. Father/daughter dance plans in motion.
    Athletics-Great games, great responses from parents and those in attendance.
    Faculty Input-Concerns were expressed regarding the future of the school year, including summer programs. No direct issues, no action taken other than prayerful consideration.
    Principal’s report-Mr. Schaupert
    Review of budget items.

  • Food service discussion included February menu to be released later this week including pre-orders available on fast-direct.

New Business:

  • Bobbie Karraker was invited to join the board

  • Heather Jo motioned to approved the establishment of a 501C-3 foundation as presented by the Finance Board, this will be put before church council next week.

Motions:

  • motion made for Bobbie to be on the board- passed

  • motion to approve the 501-c - passed
