Old Business:

• Met with VBS volunteers.
  New list of volunteer and needs from each.
  Everything is on schedule
  will set up after 445 service on July 30
  Anna will start decorating on July 29

New Business:

• Sunday School- Discussed Sunday School and have covered for next few weeks. Ed Degroot will be in charge next week.
  Sundays are set up as followed.

• Discussed the need for a Sunday School Director .
  Asked Mark Jones and he will - Heather Will take to Elders for approval

• Eileen will spoke to Pastor Foss about lesson plans.
  She will talk with Sara Folk about hers.
