Old Business:

• Raking leaves for shut-ins/ church members.- will wait to schedule when we can time the leaves falling

• decided to cancel the 8/30 fun night so that we can focus more on the 9/20 picnic
  since we were planning similar activities

New Business:

• Picnic- this boards role is to promote event.
  If picnic included an alumni event, we will ask Mark Toti if we can use radio to promote
  Bulletin - PIE- School kids

• Suggestion for picnic committee :
  Alumni should wear name tags with grad year
  Dunking booth for Pastor & Principal
  Watermelon eating contest /ect should open to everyone
  Beer Garden " Martha Mugs"

• Next Family Fun Night - Nov. 15th 2014
  movie night , popcorn, sundaes

• Operation Christmas child - partner with school?
  shoe box filled with puzzle, school supplies socks, ect....
  we pay shipping
  need info for school for details & approval from council

• We would like to start a process for community people to prepare for job interview, nice clothes& shoes, hair cuts...

• Would like to use the white house for outreach not just the youth - needs ti brain storm
