youth Groups- Heather is contacting some parents to some help and work on schedule.
The new 6th graders is a group she is expecting to be interested in the group.
National Youth group gathering is next summer.Sunday School- Heather gave Miriam some stickers and stencils she had that can be used. Kim is working on crafts and improving on what she has. Had over 30 at this post Sunday. Kim will provide dates she will be gone.( 6/28-7/5 & 7-19) Heather will take care of the breakfast 6/28 sometime in Aug. will work on the new crafts.
New Business:
VBS poster for donations needs to go up 6/20/15
still need a pre-school teacher... Calling Nancy Eaves, Bethany Petty, Yvonne Buckley are prospects.
Ken Kelly will talk to Venture Crew about helping.
Steve Thomas & Janet Laut will be available to work.Cathy will confirm with Pastor King on where opening and closing will be, at church or school. Boards first choice- is to have both in gym, but is willing to do opening in church if Pastor will do closing in gym.
Heather will have the back ground forms to fill out at VBS July 14th meeting so volunteers can fill out.
Still need a Sunday school director, Heather will bring to Council meeting.
Need to find 2-4 new board members to replace Hunter Weakly, Heaven Mueller & Miriam Sutherland.
