May Minutes 2015- Christian Studies

Old Business:

  • Beth Moore Bible Study has approximately 30 signed up. Will start 6/8/15, dinner at 6:00pm study at 6:30

  • Track Program- still needs someone to take this responsibility over, filling the rack. Mark Jones has agreed to take over. He will contact Miriam and find out details.

New Business:

  • Sunday School- Discussed ordering materials for summer program.
    Chose I spy for pre-school
    Our Triune God for older grades.
    Discussed Sunday School schedule for summer schedule and dates members will not be available

  • VBS- Discussion on need for Director and teachers. Will ask office to order material and PK to announce at all services.
    Eileen will make a poster for to display in church or craft and food donations. Changed meeting from 6/1 to 5/28

  • Blue Bags at church needs cleaned and reorganized every month. Heather has checked after Easter , Eileen will check again weekend of 5/23/15

  • Cathy will fill in for Heather at Church Council meeting on June 2nd.

  • Budget- Bible school will need $1000.00
    Sunday school material 4 times a year
