Call Committee: waiting patiently 3weeks. Submitted request to president. 14 nomination and will add 5-6 names. We will meet in December.
Finance: Make sure to show on statements for going beyond. Running behind by $24,000 in budget, but school is doing good and we are caught up with all bills.
Foundation: Board met and talked about things needed like bleachers, got quote to motorize bleachers with guard rails, and to fix complete $25,098.00. To replace bleachers with new ones w/rails, was quoted $40,759.00 Foundation capital campaign would raise funds to replace bleachers. Work done when school is out. Foundation has $45,000. Raising Significant amount
Elders- None
Studies: focus is on Sunday School attendance. Met Sunday to discuss Rally Sunday and Sunday School Christmas Program. Sunday School is adding singing w/ Amy Eaves. Pre k Sunday School started Nov. 12th. Youth group had 20 kids last Sunday the 12th. Setting up a Lock-In over Christmas Break
Outreach: Working on food drive, we are down on food amounts. 24 families for Thanksgiving. 25 families on Christmas list. Community Gift & Gas cards. Trying to raise money for cards. Marde Gras fundraiser with food and band. Kraig Sutherland said to make sure and get the info out. Share and communicate what is going on. Greg Shinn said doing Missions after first of the year.
Life: Doug is planning to meet with individual committees. Each board will do an Advent meal or have High School do them. Kraig will talk with Jamie and Tami about details. Still working on the Church Directory
Trustees: Upper level of Church is looking good, $10,000 donated to finish.
Education: Meeting week after Thanksgiving. Help the Hungry, Reformation Walk, Veterans Day Celebration set up bake sale. Operations Christmas Child made 202 boxes. Child in school needing assistance. Boys basketball doing fund raisers. Drama class put on a play and it went very well. Foundation working on new website for school. We need to grow our church.
