• Background checks- VBS & SS teachers, triple c may fund this.
  Eileen will take to council meeting, Sept. 23 2014. Heaven will check with Synod.

  Pins- Leslie order 2 pks Baptismal pins @ 13.99 each pk.
  Eileen will retype the pin letter.
  Sunday School will be on the 9/21 and Eileen will supply the food.

New Business:

• Sunday School- need a teacher Miriam will help. She will teach through the end of school year.

  Picnic- Youth group will set up, clean up floaters- help when needed
  1&3 Wed in the white house 1 hr Bible study
  4:00-5:30 beginning in Oct.
  2 & 4th Sunday Meeting whiten house at 2-4 pm commons
  Sept 27th movie night Gods not dead in the gym. Pizza pop corn ect.....
  Dec 6th Lock in and Christmas party pot- luck caroling, sm gift exchange go to SS next morning in PJs.
  Ignite- Fire Up for Jesus- New name perhaps

• VBS- Heaven mailed the crosses from VBS ; Janet Dovglan was mailed one and wrote a note in the paper.
  Stewardship- Council wanted to have "consecrated servants" we need leadership program first? Aflame after st of the year.
  Nominating Comity- Heaven & Miriam are off list, Heaven is staying.
  Picnic- treat bags, passports, charctors at 3;00 pm gym. 3:15 go out . Heaven will make the passpiorts, Cathy will hand out rewards to 4:00 pm

Motions:
