Discussion as to providing the coffee and juice for the voters meeting on Aug. 24, 2014.
Discussion as to providing the donuts and pastries. Are the children going to the commons?What to do with the left over food after the bereavement dinner- Plates would be good to use to deliver it.
New Business:
Carolyn introduced a project of inserting Bible verses into empty medication bottles with labels of our church on front and giving these to members who are in nursing homes and care facilities.
Picnic- we will assist with placing food, clean up and making drinks.
Betty Cook made visits with an elder to give communion to several members.
