Old Business:
Minutes reviewed, noted those listed as absent need to be removed, otherwise approved for content.
Triple C-last meeting was to put together the Valentine fundraising bundles, no business conducted.
Athletics- Mark Cook-currently looking for a new AD, discussed restructure with an AD over sub-directors for each sport. The academic team falls under the jurisdiction of athletics, however they do not currently pay the athletic fee.
** This is something to consider for next year.
Faculty Input-Sally Shinn-the board provided some snacks at a teacher meeting as well as a meal at the staff meeting held Friday February 6th. Board received a lovely thank you card from the teachers and staff present.
*School Accounting-board reviewed current account standing, SCRIP was able to cover the cost of 2 projectors, nothing to report or revise at this time.Board report for voters meeting will reflect the support for the foundation fund application. (verbal report)

Revision to calendar, approved for 2015-2016 9/25/15
Athletic Director, Assistant Principal- Mrs. Flenner has opened this to the staff and information has gone out in the newsletter.
Intruder alert information presented by Mike Kurtz- several options was presented and more information needs to be collected. We will gather info, and prayerfully consider as we will bring any new information to the board next month meeting
Invisible Armor-board asked that cost be looked into as well as application and effectiveness in other schools.
HERO 911-$2500 annual fee with a required administrator on the account, this is a free app on most phones.
Guardian Angel- this option is a designated employee who will be armed each day while on premises.
By-Laws- there was a note made that the wording should be changed in #2.c to include non-members as well as members to the meetings of the board and councils and committees.
