Kendra Gibson, representing All Inclusive Rec (Little Tykes) gave presentation to upgrade the playgrounds. Estimate of $15-20,000.
As a parent she would volunteer to help with fundraising.Treasurers Report was given by Greg Shinn. Voters meeting was well attended and budget passed handily.
Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation are written for St Paul Giants Educational Foundation.
Met with Thrivent and they had some very good ideas for raising funds.
Cash flow is positive with increased tithes and decreased payroll. Have used all the auction money for the year.
Stewardship Campaign will use September to get pledges and culminate with a big party, Oktoberfest on Oct 3, 2015 Organized by the Board of Christian Outreach. This event is a fundraiser/church picnic combo.Christian Studies Report was given by Heather Kurtz. Still looking for a Sunday School Director
Board of Christian Life report was given by Mary Fitzgerald. Board working on Oktoberfest, Country Store and implementing a quarterly dinner.Board of Finance report was given by Greg Stover. Financial situation of church needs prayer
Board of Trustees report was given by Jason Garner. Many light bulbs have been replaced. All roofs are being replaced due to hail storm.
Stephen Ministry info meeting on Sunday June 28, 2015. Very good program to unify the congregation.
