We reached out to the following boards to help.
Menu is set- Denise Kincade and Ladies of the Christian Life Board
Country Store- Anna Garner in charge
Bands- 2- will run in different times.
Reaching out to Triple C, Mrs. Kurtz, Dorothy Blumenberg for Quilts ect.....We will set a meeting to confirm and check things off.
Each station will have a person ion charge to run it.In need of pop up tents and picnic tables to use for the event
