• Cradle roll was discussed led to how many new members fall through the cracks..They don't fell welcomed and involved.
  Information that isnt shared - new births, weddings, divorce, new members classes. we are not sharing information.
  Discussed who might be a coordinator

• Confirmation and Graduation cards mailed to all.

New Business:

• July 30 is LWML anniversary and a planning meeting will be soon scheduled .
  Ladies aid 125 yr anniversary will be celebrated as well

• Updated description of our committee responsibility was handed out.

• Each member should ask one person to join committee
