• Discussed July BBQ

New Business:

• Discussed Aug BBQ to change the meat to Hamburgers and hot dogs
  Serve Pro will donate the bounce house( Kyle Short)
  Discussed Oktoberfest

• Invited Linda Province to be on the Outreach Board and what the board does.

• Discussed how to separate the foundation and the Outreach Board. Agreed to ask for help from council to do this and to be able to move forward in agreement.
  Will talk to council about proper procedure in the church & school and how to do so.

• Ask foundation board for volunteers for Oktoberfest

• Amy & Janet let the board know that this Oktoberfest will be their last one.
