• Cathy will announce the opening in the prophet
  Board will call several possible replacements

• Heather brought info for the Windemere $135
  6,7,8 th grade

  Heather will take care of the paper work and will attend camp
  Youth Group Budget will pay for Heather & Sara and the brown jersey gloves

• April 6th early out Heather will get Pizzas ect for lunch and will check on the high school bus. Todd Varhalla to drive?

• VBS- 7-22 thru 26 grant from thrivent for dinner. Civic center Swim party no dates available
  7/19/2018 only date available will check on changing the VBS dates 15-19
  700- with splash pad 750.00 due 2 week in advance
  Sunday , Monday, Tues, Wed, Thursday Swim party.
  Cathy will present date change to council tonight
  Heather will ask if High School would want to provide dinner before VBS

• we would like to use Sunday school offerings to make gifts bags for the Lutheran Shut-ins and wish list off the wish tree.
