April Minutes 2015- Elders

Old Business:

  • Pastors monthly report

  • Approved the new membership
    Elders reported on the personal contact with members and non-members with in the last month.

    Discussed the CARE process

  • Talked about the Stewardship program and the process with the Stephens ministry

    Went over the progress of the small groups and worship service opportunities.

New Business:

  • Motioned to go to summer schedule on May 31st and having Communion at each service.

  • Service to be held on June 7th for the Country Days celebration in the park as we have done previously.

  • Discussed housing and transportation for the Food for the Poor on May 22-23

  • Pastor Engel to Minister on 4/18/15( Saturday only)

Motions:

  • Approved to start services on summer schedule and Communion each service- passed
