Pastors Report. Average attendance is 323. Darlene Knight transferred out to Peace Lutheran in St. Louis.
Mrs. Flenner gave the Principals Report. Her husband has taken a position out of state and Mrs Flenner has resigned when the school board can let her go.
Treasurers Report. Board is evaluating insurance options. Foundation passed unanimously at the voters meeting . Board is working on bylaws and statistics aboutcurrent school funding.
Care Process regarding the Pastoral office. Jerry Hoeflein motioned to allow PK to go to the Stephens Ministry training with pay and fill the pulpit while he is out. Steve Thomas seconded and motion passed. Congregation Restoration- working on the stewardship program.
Volunteer Background Checks policy handbook was reviewed and Heather Kurtz will amend and bring back
Policy Based Governance- We need to educate and build consensus of support among the congregation.
Go slow and be transparent. We will use Town Hall meetings to facilitate the education.Vision Team is to meet quarterly to monitor progress of Care Process.
First Town Hall Meeting will be March 15, 2015 in the sanctuary. It has been 1 year since Care Process Roll out .
Pastor King will address the Pastors part and Jeff Krekeler will address the congregation part.
Meeting to include a financial update. Second Town Hall will be April 12.Third will be the weekend of May 16 and 17.

26 youth going to retreat at Windermere.
