B.Consensus of the Call Committee for the Board of Education to hire Dustin Murray as Principal for St. Paul Lutheran School
C.Committee members called on Mr. Murray’s references. All spoke very highly of him.II. Discussion
A.Pastor Rick, Mr. G., Sally, Heather Jo, Jenny, and Bobbi shared thoughts from the interview1. Dustin exuded good character traits

3. Dustin discussed a previous principal’s methods and strategies that he will strive to emulate
4. One of the biggest takeaways from the business world is the importance of employee trust5. Very active in the Methodist church. When asked about attending and joining St. Paul Lutheran Church, he said his goal is to do the work God wants him to do, wherever it is.
6. References stated Dustin handles issues that arise in his various roles diplomatically and is wellliked by everyone.
