Pastor Engle open with prayer and a bible study.
Pastors report read and approved

Ricky Moore sent a letter and spoke with a few elders he informed us that he has changed churches.
Cozean Funeral Home has graciously sectioned off a large dedicated portion of the odd Fellows Cemetery propertly located on Ste. Genevieve Ave. in Farmington to St. Paul members. For details please see Jon Cozean
Christian Lancaster asked for his duties as St. Paul's organist/ choir director to be defined.
A letter sent by Joann Henderson & Leslie Jones with several concerns was discussed.
Discussed the possibility of Pastor Richard Foss being St. Paul's International Iterim Pastor. he might be available sometime in January.
Pastor Bill Schroeder was discussed to take the place of Pastor Engle as the vacancy Pastor.
A communication work sheet has been designed and made available to everyone. they are in the church foyer and in the church office.
Ceth Jordan requested the gym for April 9th 2016 where a martial arts tournament would be held. as long as no other conflict it was approved.
The 445 service would be moved to the St. Paul Lutheran High School.
Discussed Pastyor Gary Schulte requested to do a special service for Feed the Hungry on 3-13-2016. More discussion will be needed due to possible schedule conflicts.
