Old Business:

• Triple C - projects are going well .. Will pay for half of the math program
  Athletics - coaching contracts have been turned in
  Cafeteria - parents reports they are pleased with the new system
  Faculty - Pleased St. Paul has the old feeling back and are grateful for the Principals and all their efforts

• Principal Report- Have gained students- Special needs students have been addressed.
  Sally wants to be proactive on preschool
  Will start on the accreditation renewal- Mr. G will be in charge of process
  Cafeteria- Average 125 trays a day a day . will get some needed supplies

• Calendar updates- Any changes & Athletics are online
  The camera in the gym needs to be adjusted
  Kim Allen said she and Mr. G will flip riles because of heath issues
  She needs a new policy for admissions. Will discuss in executive meeting
  need a policy on intoxicated people

• Leanna talked about the "Alice" program which is an intruder alert program. The staff will participate on Oct. 2 on the early out.

• Grandparents day is Sept 25. All schedules have been made up.
  The parent-teacher conferences will be coming up October 29&30.

• Call committee will meet on September 21
