Old Business:

• Sunday School materials were incorrect and the correct ones need to be ordered.
  Gave Jamie the correct materials to order for the next sessionm

New Business:

• Danny Best has also accepted position of the Sunday school director.

• Jamie Montgomery will join the board of studies as the Sr. youth group leader
  Aaron Kennedy is considering joining the board

• CPH material were discussed; we will supplement this quarter until the correct materials come in
  Leslie Jones will check on the automatic ordering of the material
  Leslie will edit the Pin Program

• Jr. Youth Group- Kurtz, Krekeler, Shinn leaders
  27 came to the 1st meeting at the Bonne Terre Family Fun Center.
  Meeting around the 1st of October maybe a Bon-fire and or Corn maze..
  Bought a block of tickets for the Casting Crown Concert- Nov 21.. $25

• Senior Youth Group- Montgomery, Lix, Dement- Leaders
  3 meetings
  10 average attendance
  Will sell caramel Apples at Country Store

• Ruth Circle will change dates of Bible Study due to conflict of Church Council meeting dates
