• Pastor Report
  Went over transfer request
  Discussed keeping a copy of minutes
  Discussed electing a secretary

New Business:

• Mike Kurtz- voted in as secretary.
  Discussed the vision team and went over time and talent survey
  Elders to contact 2 families( new format)
  Scott pointed out the need to stay focused and complete what is started
  Resource list we need to know where to be able to direct people- Church, sunday school,school..ect....

• Discussed a photo board of elders and areas of ministry

• Ash- Wed- 6:30 instead of 7:00 pm
  Went over the format of Ash Wed.
  We will do ashes

• Discussed changing the elders meeting to the 2nd Tues. of the month then elders can visit other groups and committees .

• Discussed the stewardship & hybrid mode, ceo mode
  Pastor retreat in Feb.1-4
  Tim Crites is back on the board
  Dan Fitzgerald in on the board

• Jeff Krekeler enlightened us on the constitution .& bi-laws and on the pastors job description
  Reviewed Senior and associate pastor call documents.
