Pastor Report given by Pastor King. Stephen Ministry training has begun with 14 participants.
Pastor has received a call to Immanuel in Gaylord Minnesota.Christian Studies Report was given by Heather Kurtz. Daniel Best will again be the Sunday School Super.
Treasures Report given by Greg Shinn. Year End Reports were reviewed and are attached.
Board of Christian Outreach Report given by Greg Shinn. Oktoberfest will be Oct 3. Food is lined up. Triple C running several activities. Bands will be playing. Ticket sales will benefit the Foundation.
Board of Christian Life report was given by Joann Henderson. Ready to help with the church picnic. Making desserts for Oktoberfest. Country Store will be 8am to 2pm on Oct 31. Will again collect items for needy baskets Thanksgiving and Christmas and distribute them as well.
Board of Finance Report given by Greg Stover. Board is looking for additional members.
Board of Trustees Report given by Jason Garner. All the roofs have been repaired of hail, except steeple. Many lights have been fixed. Air Conditioning has been repaired and playground has been cleaned up. Trustees will be organizing a work day in September.
Care Process- The stewardship campaign falls under this heading.

Bylaws need revised. Jerry will be getting a committee together to work on this task.
