• Minutes submitted and approved

• Pastor Foss opened with a prayer and Bible study

  Pastors report submitted and approved

• Mr.and Mrs. Jerry Hoeflein transferred from St.Paul to another congregation

  Mr. and Mrs. Best and family transferred from St.Paul to another congregation. Mr.Best resigned from the board or Elders

• The various music ministries within St.Paul are going to be asked to work together as a team. They will also be involved with plans around our Christmas program as well as other worship services

  The high school and grade school principals and Pastor Foss will be working together

• Elders reported on their areas or ministry
  Church attendance and school tuition discounts were discussed
  The Mile Stone ministry was commended for what they do and the impact it has made

• A letter from the Board of Christian Studies was received where Mark Jones was recommended as Sunday School Superintendent. The Board of Elders agreed

• Elders have been requested to assist during the St.Paul October Fest
  Discussed the upcoming instillation of leaders for the Building Fund Drive
  The Elders retreat was mentioned

• Next Elders meeting will be 09-13-2016 at 1830
  Closed with the Lord’s prayer
