Kraig Sutherland presided over the meeting Pastor Foss gave devotions on Elisha and an opening prayer.
Pastor Report: Holy week schedule: Palm Sunday, Maundy Thursday at 6:30, Good Friday Tenebrae service and the Box burning following begins at 6:30pm. Holy Saturday 6:00pm and Easter at 7am and 10:30am with the planting of the tree between the services
Principals Report given by Pastor Foss; Working on accreditation. Enrollment is looking good. 4th & 7th will be visiting SPLHS. High School will lead chapel on 4-7

Going Beyond- Mark Firth is the new representative of LCEF. Letters went out to thank everyone and solicit additional pledges.
Transition team- Meeting regularly . Seeking God's timing and candidate for our next pastor.Doug Pratt has been known to say " We don't want to rush it, we want to get it right."
Elders Report-Tim Crites: Elders have been nurturing parishioners in tough places. Want to do what is best for the church in any schedule changes. Many options available.
Acolyte program has been reinstatedChristian life report- Joann Henderson Thankful for High School taking charge of Lenten Midweek meals Saturday before Easter there will be a bake sale to benefit the High School. Candy donations are needed for the eggs. Egg Hunt, pancake breakfast and basket raffle benefit the youth group. June 17 yard sale ion the gym. Working on cradle roll and sponsors of new adults
Christian outreach Janet Laut: Velma Kocher offers breakfast item prior to service on Sunday. Looking to put a chest freezer for items to give the hungry
Christian Studies Heather Kurtz: Would like to see announcements and videos shown on screens prior to services. Looking to have a Sunday school kick off party.
Pastor Foss will speak to Dustin about having school children sing at church. Trinity is joining for VBS this year. 33 Went to Windemere, 27 kids and 6 adults
